Rebecca Tong debuts in Taipei
Rebecca Tong makes he debut with the Taipei Symphony Orchestra on 8 and 9 August with two programmes. On 8 August she conducts Ching-San Chang's Echoes of Taipei (World Premiere), Aram Khachaturian's Violin Concerto and Sergei Rachmaninov's Symphonic Dances. On 9 August she conducts Philip Glass' Violin Concerto No. 2 'The American Four Seasons' and Astor Piazzola's The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires. The solo violin for both concerts is Kerson Leong.
